“We were the luckiest to have DJ Tori Vee as the DJ for our wedding. She spent so much time getting to know us (at least 6-8+ hours over zoom) to create our perfect reception experience. The music was one of the most important parts of our wedding day as a musician myself, and Tori did everything beyond what I could have hoped for- it was truly perfect. It is so clear in her meetings with couples how intentional and thoughtful she is about what she does and all the details that play into this, and that 100% translates into the guests’ experience. Our dance floor opened at 8:30 and was absolutely packed until our reception ended at 11:00 and that was all in part because Tori held the vibe the entire reception. “Washburn entertainment and specifically DJ Tori Vee was recommended to us by my fiancées mother as we searched for a wedding DJ. Tori had previously DJ’ed my father in laws retirement party and everyone had raved about the music. From our first meeting with Tori I knew that we had made the right decision. She genuinely cares about getting to know your partner and yourself and create a wedding atmosphere that reflects you both as a couple. Her commentary throughout the wedding is so thoughtful and at one point brought one of my bridesmaids to (happy) tears. Beyond the fact that she’s the type of person everyone wants to befriend, Tori is the type of DJ that can get anyone on the dance floor. The music was seamless from the ceremony to the last song. She is hands down the best DJ I have experienced at a wedding thus far. Having the right DJ can make or break an event and we would hire Tori 1000 times over.”

“What can I say that hasn’t already been said a million times before? From second 1, the entire team at WE committed themselves to the success of our wedding and the happiness of myself and my husband. Like many, we had to make the heartbreaking decision to postpone our day 3 months prior in the heart of the pandemic. Chris was beyond understanding and accommodating, offered to either refund us or reschedule - and if he did not have a DJ available for our new date he offered to refund us anyway. This is when the real magic happened. Chris himself was not available for our new date (huge bummer at the time), but Tori Vee was. She came highly recommended of course, and knowing she was part of the WE team we knew we were in good hands. How great those spinnin’ hands were, we had no idea. Tori basically helped us plan our reception to the minute. Without her, I would have been epically lost with a timeline. She came with ideas galore and the positivity we needed to make our rescheduled wedding happen. She is more than just a DJ - she is a friend. Tori was there when I hit roadblocks, leant an ear when I needed to vent, offered help with things that weren’t even entertainment related…she was exactly the person we needed to breathe easier on our big day. It didn’t stop with the planning. The week before, Tori answered every panicked text - even the one I sent her the morning of the wedding about how I really did need a music stand for my officiant and how stupid I was to think we didn’t need it (no surprise that she’d packed one knowing I’d have this realization). Tori made sure we were relaxing, offered to grab us drinks from the bar, and without a doubt became part of our family that night, pictures to prove it! If you’re looking for the all-in entertainment package, WE is who you need to call. Any of the team members that are part of this group are nothing short of amazing. However, if you have the chance to request Tori…do it. Do it in a heart beat. She will go above and beyond every expectation, I can guarantee you that! Tori, we love you! “We had an amazing experience with Tori Vee from Washburn Entertainment! She met with us a couple of times and it never felt rushed. She genuinely took the time to get to know us and create a reception that felt personal and true to us. She absolutely nailed our vibe and the music, and was an incredible MC for our wedding reception in both English and Spanish. She even took the time to learn Spanish lines to include guests who didn’t speak English, which meant so much. She also created awesome custom music edits for our entrances and final dance, and kept the energy up the entire night. Also a big thank you to her assistant for all the behind-the-scenes support. “Chris and Tori were fabulous to work with. We worked mostly with Tori and she is THE BEST. I truly can't say enough great things about her. We planned our wedding from Canada, not really knowing any of our vendors, but I never once worried about Washburn Entertainment/ Tori, I knew she was going to bring it and she brought it ten times over. The thought and care from her that goes into making your event absolutely perfect is impossible not to see. The energy and "vibe" of an event is so important to me, and the way she was able to keep it going all night and shift based on what the current needs of the crowd were is a true talent - and why you need someone like Tori and Washburn, rather than a Dj that is only going to play your personal favorite songs regardless if there's a dancefloor going or not. She had ALL the generations out there all night, virtually no one left early (and that says a lot for some of our family who I know love a 9:30 bed time!) The whole wedding even boo-ed when the last song was announced at midnight - not the bad kind of boo, but because no one wanted the party to end!! Thank you again to Washburn entertainment & Tori for making our wedding absolutely fabulous, our guests were raving the next day.
